3. Booking & Payments

Bookings are only confirmed once a signed contract and deposit are received.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the booking agreement.

Final payments must be made by the due date specified in your contract. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services.

Prices and packages are subject to change at any time prior to a confirmed booking.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Client cancellations must be made in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Refund eligibility for additional payments will be outlined in your individual event contract.

We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies, extreme weather, or events beyond our control). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a qualified replacement or issue a refund.

5. Event Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing a safe and suitable performance environment, including electrical power and protection from adverse weather (for outdoor events).

We are not liable for event delays or cancellations caused by venue restrictions, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, media, and designs, is the property of More Than Music Entertainment and may not be used without permission.

Clients may use promotional materials provided by us for their event-related purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, More Than Music Entertainment is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific event in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Charleston County, South Carolina.
